The 2024 St. Jude Dream Home is located at 151 Bentley Drive in Perrysburg's Summerfield subdivision near Five Point Road and North Dixie Highway.
After months of construction by Buckeye Real Estate Group and other community partners, the St. Jude Dream Home is complete.
The home is valued at $500,000, but thanks to the community's generosity, it is once again a zero-cost build, which means all of the money raised will go directly to helping further the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
By popular request, the St. Jude Dream Home is another ranch-style house. It features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with around 2,250 square feet of space.
The family room and kitchen have 12-foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of space for entertaining featuring a 14-foot countertop and brand-new, top-of-the-line Bosch appliances.
Cozy up with a book and enjoy the fireplace at the center of the family room while soaking in the sun from one of the many windows.
Additionally, the finished basement has a depth of 10 feet and features a golf simulator for anyone looking to hit the links year-round or enjoy a movie on the giant screen.
The home includes a roomy two-car garage and a sunporch to enjoy a morning coffee from the Bosch smart coffee maker. Plus, there is additional office space, which will be perfect for working from home.
In addition to the St. Jude Dream Home, if you reserved your tickets by 11:59 p.m. on July 18, you also have a chance to win a brand new 2024 Honda Civic LX donated by Jim White Honda.
The "rally red" St. Jude Dream Car gets 40 miles to the gallon and is a hot commodity with very few 2024 Honda Civics currently available in the United States, according to Jim White Honda's Chris Gomez.
You won't have to worry about sales tax on your new car either. Jim White Honda will be taking care of that, too.
“Literally, we’re just going to hand you the keys and the winner will go,” Gomez said.
The early bird prize, which is only available to those who reserved their tickets on day one, is an LSX 900 Hot Tub Model from Michael Phelps Legend Series, courtesy of Preferred Pools and Spas and valued at $24,000.
The second early bird prize, which is only available to anyone who reserved their tickets by 11:59 p.m. on June 20, is a $5,000 gift card courtesy of Midland Title.
Be sure to watch WTOL 11 News at 5 p.m. on Aug. 8 when the lucky winners will be drawn for all of the prizes in this year's giveaway.

Our local Toledo St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is back for its eighth year on WTOL 11 and FOX36! The success has been incredible, raising a total of over $11.5 million over the course of the campaign.
The Toledo St. Jude Dream home has true local connections going back generations to Toledo’s Danny Thomas.
With this loyal connection to our history, this community has pushed the Toledo St. Jude Dream home to one of the largest and fastest-growing programs in the entire country.
We are so grateful for the support. We chose an ambitious goal, raising $2,220,000 making this the LARGEST and most successful St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Toledo’s history! This is also one of the largest and fastest-growing St. Jude Dream Home campaigns in the entire nation, now ranking in the top 5 across the country.
It was a FANTASTIC success this year and we continue to soar into record territory.
I appreciate the wonderful support from this entire community. They have gone above and beyond supporting the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway on a RECORD year!
We won’t stop there. As Toledo’s Danny Thomas said, “No child should die in the dawn of life.” All the money raised goes to support the research at St. Jude that is uniquely and openly shared to accomplish this bold goal of Danny Thomas.
True to the dream of Toledo’s Danny Thomas, no child or family has ever received a bill for treatment, travel or housing in over 60 years since St. Jude opened.
We celebrated Founder’s Day on Feb. 4 to honor Danny Thomas and the accomplishments of St. Jude, which was opened on that date 62 years ago.
On Feb. 14, we celebrated Framing Day and officially kicked off another incredible St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway!

Established out of Danny Thomas' mission to one day ensure that no child should have to die in the dawn of life, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a pioneer in the treatment of childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% when the hospital opened in 1962 to more than 80% today.
Modern pediatric medicine is leading the charge to defeat childhood cancer in the very lab where Dr. Jasper Dapper, a senior scientist in the Department of Neurobiology at St. Jude, works. The science is very technical, but Dapper broke it down.
“We work on a lot of drug discovery in our lab and we use models to mimic the cancers that patients have and then find new drugs that we can test on those to see how they work," he said.
From there, research conducted in the lab can make it directly to the doctors at the bedside of patients at St. Jude. New clinical trials, medicines and treatment protocols are designed and implemented right on the campus of St. Jude. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food.
All the research is openly shared with others across the world, too, making a difference in the global fight against cancer.
