Felony charges filed against adult suspect who allegedly shot two juveniles in east Toledo

The shooting resulted in the injury of two juveniles Saturday.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police arrested a suspect Tuesday accused of shooting and injuring two juveniles near Waite High School over the weekend.

According to court records, 18-year-old Terrence Frazier was charged with three counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of felonious assault with a victim seriously harmed. All charges are second-degree felonies.

In an arrest warrant, police claimed Frazier was a passenger in a vehicle when he fired six rounds from a pistol at the group of juveniles playing basketball near Waite High School Saturday. Two juveniles were struck with gunfire, injuring them.
