TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police arrested a teen at Franklin Park Mall Saturday for allegedly having a gun.
According to a police report, officers who were working security at the mall responded to the DSW store at approximately 5:30 p.m. regarding juveniles allegedly causing disorder in the business. Officers attempted to get the group to leave, police claimed in the report.
One of the juveniles, a 13-year-old, attempted to flee the area and discarded a firearm in the store, police said. The teen was arrested, according to the report.
