TOLEDO, Ohio — Police arrested and charged a south Toledo man after he allegedly threatened his girlfriend with a gun early Tuesday, according to a police report.
Crews responded to Jervis Street regarding a weapons call at approximately 5 a.m. and learned upon arrival that 42-year-old Andreas Strahan had allegedly threatened his girlfriend with a gun. At the time of the incident, the victim's adult daughter and two other young children were at the residence, Toledo police said.
Police said they confirmed Strahan was in the residence and claimed he "refused officers' commands for entry". Police then forced entry into the residence and the suspect was arrested "without incident."
