TOLEDO, Ohio — A man was injured after being shot in east Toledo Saturday night, according to Toledo Police.
Crews responded to two ShotSpotter alerts near a home on Raymer Boulevard around 11 p.m. TPD said they arrived, they located evidence of a shooting at a large party.
Jalen Smith, 19, was shot and taken to the hospital by a private vehicle. His injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, according to police.
It is unknown if any suspects are in custody related to the incident. If you have information, you can call or text Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111. You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
