TOLEDO, Ohio — One person was injured and taken to the hospital after a shooting in a west Toledo parking lot early Sunday.
According to a Toledo police report, officers responded to the 1200 block of Alexis Road at approximately 1:15 a.m., where they located a woman with a gunshot wound to her left arm. Police spoke with the victim, who said she was in her vehicle in the parking lot of The Palace Bar when she was shot.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Police did not specify the severity of her injury in the report.
Officers said they located six casings, one live round and other evidence in the parking lot where they victim was shot. Police said they continue to investigate.
