TOLEDO, Ohio — One person was arrested and charged in a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist nearly a year ago, according to Toledo police and court documents.
Ashly Clark, 29, was arrested Tuesday for a July 11, 2023 crash that killed a motorcyclist. Police issued a warrant for Clark's arrest in May on charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and fleeing the scene of a crash.

Clark is accused of striking a motorcyclist while driving southbound on Parkside Boulevard. According to court documents, Clark drove around the motorcyclist, then drove off. The motorcyclist died following the crash.
Clark made an appearance in Toledo Municipal Court Tuesday, where a judge set her bond at $150,000. She is being held at the Lucas County Jail and is due back in court on July 9.
