TOLEDO, Ohio — One person was injured in a north Toledo shooting early Saturday, according to a police report.
Toledo police said officers were dispatched to the intersection of Ash and Michigan streets just before 2:30 a.m. after receiving a call for a person shot. Police said they located a 55-year-old man in the street, suffering from what officers described as multiple gunshot wounds.
Police were told the incident began as an altercation inside the nearby Jerry's Pub before moving into the street, where an unknown suspect ultimately shot the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.

Toledo Fire and Rescue crews transported the victim to the hospital, where he is expected to survive his injuries, police said.
Crews closed the intersection of Ash and Michigan for several hours during the course of the investigation.
