Police investigating east Toledo shooting that injured one person

Police have not named any suspects in the incident.

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo police responded to a hospital late Saturday after a person sought medical treatment for a gunshot wound injury in an incident that authorities continue to investigate. 

According to a police report, crews arrived at a hospital where the shooting victim told police they had been shot in the leg in the area of Reed Street and Seaman Road at approximately 11:40 p.m. Police described the victim's injuries as "minor and non-life threatening." 

Police did not name any suspects in the report.
