TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: Dominyk Van Hoy on Thursday was indicted on two counts of rape.
A Swanton man was charged with rape after he allegedly had sexual conduct with a child.
Dominyk Van Hoy, 18, was charged with first-degree felony rape in Toledo Municipal Court. He allegedly had sexual conduct with a 5-year-old child in Toledo on May 13, according to a court document.

Van Hoy was arrested and booked at the Lucas County Jail Monday afternoon. He appeared in court for an arraignment Tuesday morning, was a Lucas County judge set his bond at $500,000, no percent. Van How was ordered to not have contact with the victim's or the victim's family.
Van Hoy is scheduled to appear in court on May 28 for a preliminary hearing.
