FOSTORIA, Hancock County — A Fostoria woman is dead after she was hit by a train on Monday in Hancock County.
The Hancock County Sheriff's Office say that 37-year-old Ashlie Chaplin was killed at the CSX railroad tracks near Township Road 261 south of State Route 613.
Authorities say she Chaplin was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is an on-going investigation.
