TOLEDO, Ohio — UPDATE: Paris James and two other suspects have been taken into custody in connection to the homicide.

Police have named a suspect in the January shooting death of a pregnant woman in south Toledo. According to an arrest warrant, the homicide was planned.
In a Toledo police press release, authorities said they charged Paris James, 35, with two counts of premeditated aggravated murder in the homicide of 34-year-old Tameisha Price. According to an arrest warrant, James planned to shoot and kill price, an action that resulted in the death of her unborn child.
James is not yet in custody, police said.

James is pictured below. According to previous booking data, he is 5 feet, 9 inches tall.
The shooting happened just before 5 a.m. in the 5300 block of Norton Place near Reynolds Road and Airport Highway on Jan. 24. Officers responded to reports of a person shot and found Price suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The Lucas County Coroner revealed the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds and the manner of death as a homicide. The coroner also said that a separate fetal death certificate for Price's unborn baby girl would be issued after the autopsy ruled the cause of death as complications with maternal gunshot wounds.

Price was pronounced dead at the scene.
